Handmade Turned White top Ash Keepsake Box with Pearlescent Inlay

This bell shaped box is turned from white ash (Fraxinus americana) and features an inlay of Alumilite resin. The inlay is a picture frame inlay so it is visible on the inside of the lid too. The inlay is framed by a bead and ring of texturing on the outside, and a simple delicate bead on the inside. The Alumilite resin has green and pewter swirls that shimmer and change when viewed from different angles. Texturing on the bottom and inside of the box provides a little surprise when the box is top handled or opened. Finished with a oil-varnish blend, and buffed to a satin sheen, this box feels as good as it looks. The perfect place to keep your most valuable jewellery and keepsakes.
