This is such a fun set with lots of items! It includes the Calico Critters Seaside Redtaurant - almost complete (missing a clam, a stirring spoon, oil and a couple other small items). And a well loved Koala Family with mom, dad and baby. The restaurant and it's items are in great condition! The koala family has some marks and rubbing; it was a very well loved and played with family. The restaurant shelves have some sticky puddy stains as shown in pictures. It can be very hard to keep the boxes on the shelf and our solution was sticky puddy. It worked very well, but did leave some stains. See photos for everything included in this very large set!
