top New nintendo 3ds XL with 2 Pokemon X and super smash bros 3ds. System will Not come with charger just to show that it charges System was tested and everything works as it should. There is a crack on the bottom cover but can easily be replaced with a screw driver. Volume slider little stiff but works fine. Scratches on the back from normal use.
