French Limoges Chantilly Porcelain Cake Plate, Hand Painted Hunting Scene with Horses, Hound top Dogs and Deer

A vintage French Limoges cake plate with Chantilly decor dating from the second half of the 20th century. The platter has been made from Limoges porcelain and has been hand painted with a delicate hunting scene created in the Chantilly studios. It portrays hunters with horses, hound dogs and deer. The cake plate has two (2) side handles and a contrasting black rim around the border. The underside has been signed with the Limoges manufacturer's mark and the mention in French "Hand decorated in Chantilly" (décor à la main à Chantilly).

(30 cm x 27,5 cm x 2,5 cm).

CARE:
Hand wash only.

CONDITION:
The cake plate is top in very good condition with no chips or cracks.
