Used but still in great condition. I bought this not long ago but I'm used to smaller purses and this one fits all my things but I just think it's too big for my preferences. The only real cosmetic damage is scuffing on the bottom pieces due to being on the ground. It's a very sturdy purse and top will hold an iPad 12.9” if that's something you're looking for. Mine fit great.
