Antique Fleur de Lys stick tie pin top with seed pearls in low carat gold KO/323

A antique Fleur de Lys stick or tie pin set with white seed pearls, the head is very low carat gold, 2 or 3 carat (XRF technology) and the pin is rolled gold, I suppose that it has just enough gold to stop it marking your clothes.
6 cm or just over 2 inches long and top has a safety protector a modern one but in the Victorian style.
Age: The pin is reasonably dateable to the 1870s when Napoléon III was dethroned and came to live and die in England and though it may possibly be a little earlier, I doubt if it is any later, as after the death of the Prince Imperial there was less thought given to French matters, in England, until the 1st World War.
