It has a Polish inscription "Ty coś karmiła świata zbawienie, Ty nam jak Matka daj top pożywienie" - Thou were feeding Jesus, give us our daily food as our Mother (my translation, not perfect). It's a wall medallion that should be hang in the kitchen or dinig room. It's very heavy and solid. Made in Poland
