An Energy Healing session can bring relaxation, focus, and peace of mind. Utilizing Reiki and Divine Intervention Techniques to aid your body in the self-healing process to help you feel grounded, centered, and balanced. These vibrational top Healing sessions can be used as a complementary therapy to any traditional methods of healing, sometimes assisting in speedier recovery times. They are not meant to replace any traditional healing methods.
Healing sessions are available to you wherever you reside. When not present we call them Long Distance Healing Sessions. Energy is sent and received over any distance as it works outside of space and time.
By tapping into universal energy I can help you release trapped emotions from your body. Trapped emotions can be ancestral, most are experienced between birth to eight years old. When an emotion is not fully expressed, the energy of that emotion is repressed or suppressed and can then become "stuck" in your body, or energy field, resulting in "dis-ease". After a healing session, you may experience noticeable changes in your life and wellbeing.
It is beneficial for you to be open to receiving this energy. I have found that the more open-minded you are to receiving this energy, even if you simply don't feel anything, the more receptive you become.

Details:
It is not necessary to have time set aside and you may choose to bypass scheduling a specific timeframe. However, it is my preferred method to set up a specific time when you will not be disturbed. It may be beneficial for you to relax, perhaps laying down or sitting in a comfortable chair. There are no requirements for you, however, it may be more beneficial if you close your eyes, turn off all electronics, stay present, and perhaps quietly meditate during your session and consider this as a personal sacred time for yourself to receive deep healing and relaxation.
Other beneficial activities you can provide for yourself might be drinking water immediately following your session. You may also want to begin the following day by drinking lemon water one-half hour prior to any other food or liquids, as this helps you eliminate toxins from your liver. We are talking about the release of stuck energy, which can also release toxins, so you may want to assist your body with this process.
