top This is the classic Polaroid Land SX-70 Camera. This is model Alpha 1 Model 2. The original SX-70 was introduced in 1972, and this model entered the market around 1974.
This camera is a perfect one for someone to refurbish. There are issues with the brown vinyl skin, with a few small tears in the vinyl on top, and one vinyl panel has slid slightly out of place as shown in the photos.
The lens, plastic case and interior of the camera are clean and in good condition. The camera folds closed, but does not flatten all the way and latch closed properly (see photo), indicating it needs some interior adjustment to work properly. I have not tested this so can not tell you if it is functional or not - but because it is not closing properly, my assumption is that it needs some work to perform correctly.
The serial number shown is 5F726801746, which one site says was produced in June of 1977.
