The heater works great blow really good all setting work. Oscillates perfect. Does not have bottom base . Please Read**** When temperature goes down to 75 fan turns off. I am not sure why. I don't know if it needs to be re programed. Can not figure out why I am sure it is something simple. Smokefree home.
