Vintage silver top plate toast rack

the hall mark on this toast rack is a WH and then a character I can't discern and then an S.

I suspect it is Sheffield but I cannot guarantee it top. I tried to take a photo of the Hallmark but it was so small to photograph.

silver plate metal, hand soldered. stamped 1644.

6.5" long

4 1/8" wide

6" tall to the top of the handle

it has an overall patina, light in some spots and darker in others. a slight wobble on the little round feet when sitting flat. all joints are secure and there are no dings.
