Vintage blanket made by San Marcos. San Marcos is the original creator of "Mexican blankets" back in the 90's and early 2000's which had tacky but memorable pictures of lions, wolves, horses and any other animal that could be printed on a blanket. This blanket is reversible and holds top heat very well. The blanket is made from a polyester, acrylic blend and still remains surprisingly soft. San Marcos blankets stopped production in 2004 and are still considered objects of affection amongst my family and other Hispanic/Latino families. 2 of these blankets, Vicks and a good novela is the ultimate cure for any cold. ***not medical advice, just something my grandma always said***.
