Note the high smoke stack from the sperate power plant and the long pully from the power plant to the machine. This was the pride of technological advancement of the day. After this, early threshing machine designs, quickly advanced and changed. This is a glimpse into the most modern farming of the 1840s.
This French Bronze measures 2 3/4 inches x 2 inches. Maked Bronze on the under edge and has French Bronze foundry mark. It weighs 96 grams. Age wear appropriate to age.
Ideal for collectors of bronzes, early technology, farm decor or stuff just plain nice to look at.
