(I'm a collector, too!) But, in the unlikely event that the shipping carrier damages your item, you the buyer, must file a claim with the shipping carrier. Be sure to save the product, box, and all packaging, as the carrier may ask you to bring in the package for proof. I will send you any supporting documentation you may need to file a claim and I will be happy to assist you through the process.
