Comes with top charger. No memory card. Battery does not hold charge might need to buy a new battery. Screen does have something inside the screen that makes it look like it's damaged, but honestly you can't even tell & doesn't affect any other thing on the PSP. Other than that the psp looks in good condition and functions as it should.
