Antique China Head Doll. German circa early 1900's, Low Brow China top Doll, Christmas Gift, Home Decor, Doll Collector, Florence, Bedroom Decor

Hello, Here is a early 1900's china doll named Florence. She was made in Germany by the Hertwig Company . On the back of her shoulder plate is labeled "Patient Appl for Germany. It is hard to read (please see picture #5). On the front plate her name "Florence" is there. These dolls are often called "Pet Name" china heads. This doll has molded black hair and blue eyes. On the back of her dress pins are holding the dress closed. There is a tiny stain on the front (last picture). On the back of her one leg it is opened at the seam, but everything seems to be intact (picture # 7). I find no chips or cracks on her. She seems in pretty good condition for her age. Great gift to give for that special someone. Put under the Christmas Tree or on your bed.
