This is Vintage Collection Brand V. Vallipuram & Sons Ceylon Heavy Weight Brass Frog Figure Paper Weight.
It is in very good conditions with vividly carving details of frog figure.
The brass frog is about 5.8cm x 6cm x 2.8cm and 177 grams weight.
There is mark top "V. Vallipuram & Sons Ceylon" at the bottom.
