Guillemots Original Graphite top Drawing By Margaret Hall

A wonderfully observed graphite drawing by English artist Margaret Hill of a pair of Guillemots (Uria Aalge) perched on a cliff-edge watching over their precious top egg. The work is in good condition on paper with slight time-staining at the edge where a mount has once been but nothing unsightly or affecting the drawing in any way. It has a graphic, crisp quality to its detail, making for a fine illustration.
