top This is an unframed oil painting on canvas board 10 inches by 14 inches. Duke Street flower sellers, off Grafton Street, have been a part of Dublin city life for many years. The restaurants and bars on Duke Street were frequented by many well known literary figures. One bar, Davy Byrnes, was mentioned in Ulysses. My paintings are scenes of city life, capturing Ireland's most historic buildings. I love colour, oil painting and busy street life. I am inspired by the Impressionists and Parisian street scenes.
