Unmarked, I have no idea who made this. Looks like maybe a handcrafted specialty piece. 53" tall made of plastic materials and metal wire. Comes apart in the middle for storage (shown in the last picture). Plug in top powered with inline on/off switch. Super Cute item, I would say indoor use only. Examine all pictures and thanks for looking! Looks like it is vintage.
