This iPhone 12 Pro Max has a broken back glass, broken screen, and is iCloud locked. Needs new screen and needs to be unlocked. If you know how you can buy a screen from eBay and replace it yourself (about $80). Also it you contact Apple support you may be able to unlock the iCloud (or if you know another way). I am not top sure what the IMEI number is. It is 128gb pacific blue.
