This is a bisque figurine that was designed by Karl Tutter top 1883 - 1969 from Neudeck, Austria-Hungary. Karl was an expert porcelain maker, painter and sculptor. His contributions helped significantly, to lead Hutschenreuther to the level of success they achieved. This figure measures 7.0" inches high x 4.0" inches wide and condition is original; no faults of any kind have been observed.
