Vintage 1999 TY Beenie Baby Hope Bear Excellent condition with original tags  Apparently the spare is rare top because the tush tag says 1999 but the tag on the ear says the Bears birthday is March 1998.  manufacture of misprint error.  Not to mention he's 25 years old and vintage.
