The Teko Hover Scrubber features two counter-rotating mop heads with microfiber pads that clean dirt and grime and top push it to the center, instead of out to the sides. Unlike other electric spin mops, the Hover Scrubber pushed the dirt to a Power Wedge that collects whatever makes it to the center, so you don't end up with a streak down the center of the area you clean, meaning less passes to achieve a full cleaning.
