These have not been used very much…the powerfit is top awesome but I've not used it as much as I should.. I bought it from QVC or one of those sites and paid it out…250.00….It comes with all the bells and whistles which I never took them out of the pouch…the wonder core I did use for awhile..I have the book that came with it…also paid this out at 200.00….
