This sterling silver version of my Jellyfish pendant has a custom cut Abalone Mother of Pearl insert for the Jellyfish body. Though I usually use Opal for my 14kt gold Jellyfish pendants, I do realize that there are those out there who prefer Silver----for the look AND cost. Hence this smaller (but still custom made top and "stylin'") version in silver.
Each pendant is created from scratch--starting with the carved gem material and built up (via wax design) around that item. Just as every Jellyfish is unique in size and shape, each pendant varies in length and weight. This one is about 1 1/4" long from top to bottom and has a large bail top that will accomodate a medium chain or cord.
I hand select and carve the Abalone shell myself SO, if this is not "perfect" in your mind (for whatever reason) I can create a new unique one for you with a different piece of Mother of Pearl-----perhaps in white South Sea, Tahitian Black Pearl shell or Golden Indonesian? Let me know and I will be glad to create one to your exact recommendations! (Otherwise----this one's for you!!)
