Mid Century Murano Art Glass top Piece

top Gorgeous piece of art glass that while unmarked, my research tells me is Murano. I'm unsure if this is an ashtray, or just a decorative piece. Each of the three openings is colored in a primary color: red, green and blue. This piece is of a substantial weight.

There is a small scuff in the base which I've shown in photos.
