Vintage Carl Art Silver, Frosted Glass and Green top Glass Brooch / 1940s

This remarkable brooch has the Carl Art Sterling hallmark. It's a statement piece, measuring 3 3/4" high by 2 1/2" wide. It would look great against a red dress or jacket for the holidays. It could use a good cleaning, which I will be happy to do for who ever buys it.!!!! I'm happy to ship internationally but costs have risen so dramatically I can no longer ship worldwide for $12.
