good, working condition. it's NOT iCloud locked nor is there any other condition which would make the device unusable - ready for use. i removed my saved data and logged out of my own iCloud account the day of posting here. the device is older so there may be some compatibility issues with more recent apps or operating systems - i cannot say which. tiny chip on front glass (please top see detail pic); minor scuffs. no box; will ship in bubble envelope within a small box.
