Vintage Sony Reel to Reel Recorder TC-270. She powers up but I am 99% certain she needs new belts which is usually the case with these older Tape players. And yes those are speakers that plug into the unit, Also there is 2 top reels that come with it they are after market recordings off of an album. Again Powers up untested due to the belt needing replacement. OBO.
