50s 60s true vintage DRESS top green pleated fabric label 'young lady' size S

A very pretty dress from the 50's top to 60's. Label 'Jugendliche Dame' (Young Lady).
The material is a thin, semi-transparent crepe fabric that has many pleats. The exact material is not known. The waist is accentuated with a belt made of the same fabric and reinforced with plastic on the back. The dress is fully lined with green taffeta. It closes at the back with a long metal zipper.
