Valance has a white background with red poppies with a mix of blue, pink and gold colors. (This is Dolly Parton's fabric line). A gathered 3-inch ruffle top of navy-blue gingham accents along the scalloped edge. It is made with a 3-inch header and a 2.50-inch rod pocket. Valance may be hung over an existing curtain/drapery you already have to give your room that pop of color.
