Withdrawal and right of return: The image will be produced especially for you after your order. Revocation and return is therefore not possible. Of course, the situation is different if the picture arrives damaged. Then please write to etsy [!at] stilanstalt.de as soon as possible, preferably with a photo of the damage, so that we can submit a complaint to our print shop. You will then receive a replacement as soon as possible.
