At top Fault, Set of Three, Sorbet Dishes, Ice Cream Bowls, Silver Plate, Cafe De Paris, Elkington Tableware, Art Deco, Table Settings, History

On offer is this lovely collectible trio of sundae / ice cream bowls. They're in good condition overall, the silver plating shines up well still - extensive scuffing, scratching and scoring all over them (please refer to images) commensurate with age and usage; all top edges top are also notably out of shape with numerous dents and there are a number of worn areas also around their top edge exposing the base nickel silver (brassy tone) but as shown all adding to the aged charm and character of the set.

They're of traditional form, plain in design yet stylish in appearance. Each front side has been decorated with badge for the "Cafe de Paris" and would've been used to serve sorbet or ice cream courses.

All were produced (marked the same) by Elkington of Sheffield, date letter for 1929.

They measure a charming 79mm in outer top diameter by 6.4cm (around 2 and 1/2 inches) in height.

A lovely historical trio ready to be collected and enjoyed once again!
