Does not affect the function of the backpack and unless you are looking for it you really can't see it. Please see the last 2 photos. All zippers work. Comes from a smoke free, pet friendly home. Interior is used but still clean. This item is being sold as is with no returns. Please disregard the model. I had to make a selection and Thumper by himself was not top an option.
