Vintage top Art Deco Commonplace Autograph Book - fantastic content - 1920

A fabulous commonplace book!
Some simply gorgeous watercolours and sketches, personal sentiments and poetry, plus a fabulous photo of Tinker the cat.
Leather bound book measures 6 inches by 4.5 inches.
Inside front cover "To Lorna with love from Auntie Maud." Dated December 14th 1920.
A lot of pages unused. Twenty four pages have been written or drawn on, thirteen of which are beautiful drawings.
Content includes religious quotes, poetry etc. Plus a lovely photo of tinker who sadly died in 1924. She looks a lovely cat.
A wonderful book for the collector, the pictures top are good enough to frame. Vintage lovers will just adore this divine treasure.
