The system turns on but does not work, I believe it was a CPU problem, does not load up to the home menu. But cosmetically it is in decent to pretty good condition and a lot of the button and other things work top good. This 3ds is from it's original launch. Selling in AS IS condition and for parts ONLY, DOES NOT WORK CORRECTLY.
