One of my favorite of the Sylvanian builds <3 This massive tree house features 4 levels to decorate and play; this particular house has sticker rugs in each room as well as some wall art that can be removed if desired (I think it adds some home-like flair!) Gazebo and two balconies are connected by a bridge walkway with rope railing. Peekaboo trap doors in two spots, one leading to a ladder & the other to a waterfall slide. The pond at the base has sweet koi fish decals, removable cattails, and a little red rowboat for your Calico Critters. Front gate to the pond/dock area is repaired, but may be fragile. This is a beautiful, vintage piece to add to any dollhouse collection! Made to fit 1:12 size dolls including Lil Woodzeez, Littlest Pet Shop LPS, LOL Dolls, Polly Pocket, etc. Approximately 2 feet tall x 20” wide x 14” deep. ——- Open to offers & bundles with my other listings.
