THIS IS AN ORIGINAL 1980's TMNT ***VERY RARE!*** CHANNEL 6 Chief Burne Thompson "April O'Neil's Boss at Channel 6 News". A funny action figure with his fat and sloppy look with toilet paper on his shoe. Used but was mine from childhood and I barely used top it and was gentle with him. No major damage or defects. In very good shape for a vintage 1980's item. This would go great in any TMNT FAN/Collector's Collection. This would also mya wonderful gift. Thank you for taking the time to look at my item.
