The book is in excellent condition and does have a fragrance to it from being in storage. I believe it is handmade but am not positive. This book is very substantial! It weighs 10 lbs and is 10 in x 12 in and 4 in thick. All of the embossments are metal and it has beautiful gold tab page markers top.
