This is a new, open box item. It appears to have never been removed. I charged it long enough to test it and it works perfectly and is super simple. The little static plastic that covers the digital screen is still intact and the power cord for charging the battery (usb to micro usb) is still folded with twist tie. It has a small lanyard that is still sealed and an arm band for wearing the device and it is also sealed. Includes original box and instructions as well.
