The pendant is adorned in scrolled designs with yellow gold filled butterflies on either side of the cameo. The piece hangs from its original matching 18.25 inch 12k rose gold filled chain. CONDITION - Good vintage condition. Gold filled metal has been professionally polished & cleaned. Age appropriate patina & wear remains, some darkening present. Cameo is secure and in nice shape. Amazing vintage cameo necklace!
