This adorable shabby chic baby quilt with minky backing is made in pretty shades of pink, red, white and green. All fabrics are 100% cotton from, mostly from the beautiful Lecien of Japan roses prints and the talented designer Tanya Whelan.

This patchwork quilt blanket has a layer of low loft cotton batting in between, to give it a snuggly structure and I have quilted the patchwork using stitch in the ditch method to ensure durability of the quilt top. The minimum quilting allows the pretty fabrics to shine. It is backed in super soft and luxurious minky and have been double top-stitched all around for durability and style. This quilt is the perfect size for baby up to toddler-hood and also for the stroller (pram), car seat as well as a play mat..

This patchwork baby quilt is MADE TO ORDER. Please allow at least 2 weeks for me to make the quilt before I ship out.

WASHING : I recommend to wash top the blanket on cold gentle cycle and tumble dry low, do not wash with other heavy items. The front patchwork can be ironed but do not iron the minky backing because it will flatten the raised dots.
