VERY nice double-terminated quartz crystal, with deep red interior color, and a thin red hematite dusting on one side, which could be removed, if desired, with soaking and scrubbing, without reducing the crystal's red color intensity. One side has a druse of tiny ferruginous quartz crystals, and if you examine the piece with a magnifier, you can fine at least one area of metallic hematite, probably specularite. This piece is full of clean sharp lines, perfect terminations, and lustrous oriented growth crystal faces!!
