Silk two top piece floral skirt and top dress set

Beautiful 80s silk floral blouse and skirt set. High banded waist on skirt. Top has small shoulder pads that could easily be removed if not desired. Lovely royal blue background with rose, aqua, and ivory floral pattern. In excellent vintage condition. No tags. Clean and top ready to wear.
