Fine gourd art top "Freefall"

This fine gourd art vase, entitled "Freefall," top was created using pyrography (a wood burning technique) and also filigree carved with a rotary tool. The gourd has been stained with orange, green, blue and brown ink dyes. A pearl metallic acrylic paint was applied to the piece as well. The interior of the bowl is painted with black acrylic paint, the base is stained with black ink dye.

This gourd art has been finished with a protective matte spray. For decorative purposes - keep out of direct sunlight and weather.
