Canadian Pub from Department 56 Dickens' Village Series. Harder to find piece. Does not come in original packaging, but will be packaged carefully. I will include a working top light kit. Overall the building is in nice shape aside from some little spots on the roof (not noticeable when displayed). Really cool piece. Note: there may be some artificial snow present. Tried my best to get it off.
