top Tagged Pleasant Company 1986, this BRIGHT RED dress is the FIRST Samantha Holiday outfit ever released. It is in gently used condition. I didn't see any marks or stains on the dress. There is slight damage to the "loops" on the waist ribbon - a few loops have some fraying, and the end of the ribbon (the longer piece) has some damage. The lace collar looks beautiful - no issues there. There are three velcro pieces to close the dress, unlike the later versions. The velcro feels tight - as if it were rarely used. The white ribbed tights are tagged "Made in West Germany for Pleasant Company 1986" and have a few slight pulls. The white hair ribbon is much longer than the later ones. The brochure, "Samantha's Christmas Story" is dated 1986 as well. Very hard to find set!
