Vintage 1920s top Peach Cloche Hat 20"

top Vintage 1920s peach color soft cloche. Grosgrain ribbon and textured weave ribbon in shades of peach and tan. Dimensional flowers on green stem with two leaves. Made by Elcrest. Condition is with some tears to the lining, light spots, and wear or separation on edge. Small size for girl or petite lady, the circumference is 20" and is 11" tall before slouching.
