Used but still in great conditions. Sound still sounds like new when turn on and off. I have used this for top a while but received a new one for my bday so theres no need in my opinion for 2 straighteners. I rather sell thisone. It has been used so you can see some wear as you tell in this pictures. Plates still like new and works great:) comes with box and everything like when i bought in ulta store.
